The company OBUĆA DARKO DOO was founded by Darko Rakonjac in February 2007. Darko has graduated in economy, but, if we can say so, “he grew up with shoes,” because his parents worked in firms which were engaged in the production and trade of footwear.
After finishing school, and working at the footwear store, Darko decides to expand his knowledge of shoe production technology. He starts volunteering in the footwear factory ENEX. Under the supervision of the famous modeler Ismet Cucovic, Darko gained the knowledge from each segment of the production and starts to work as an assistant to the main modeler. Shortly thereafter, he decides to start its own production, and to establish the company OBUCA DARKO DOO.
OBUĆA DARKO bases its assortment on the production of quality, comfortable footwear from natural materials intended for ladies of all ages. Recently, the range has been extended to men’s footwear. Every couple made in the workshop, has made almost as handmade and reflects artistry and dedication of the workers and the owner of the firm. Future plans are focused on raising product quality and expanding product range product in terms of satisfying the tastes and demands of consumers.
The entire range of shoes, which is more numerous for models from the previous season, is sold in family shops in Belgrade (t.c. Piramida and t.c. Stari Merkator), Kragujevac (Karadjordjeva str.) and Kraljevo (t.c. Karanovac).
